Find Your Home With Sara

I would like to start by saying that I am a real estate agent in Southern California (don't judge me yet) and have worked with hundreds of agents over the years and Sara stands out among the crowd. Sara is extremely detail oriented, she is knowledgeable about the Montana real estate market and laws; and is phenomenal when it comes to coordinating real estate transactions that cross state lines and have a lot of moving parts and time constraints. Although our clients had a home to sell in CA and some loose ends to tie up in the interim, Sara worked diligently beforehand for nearly a year educating them on the nuances of the Montana market, how to proceed with their search and the differences in areas within Montana. Sara ensured that from the time they landed on the ground in Montana, they would have a variety of homes to look at, and she quickly honed in on what they were looking for and what would best suit their needs. Frankly, Sara was so efficient at her job, she found them their dream home much quicker than anticipated and the next thing I knew, we were off to the races to list our clients home in CA. Sara did a phenomenal job at protecting our clients interests in Montana while securing the home for them while we navigated the escrow process here in CA. Not surprisingly, everything went as planned and our clients closed escrow in CA and the next day closed escrow on their replacement home in MT. These types of transactions can be tedious and a lot to manage even when one agent is handling both sides (the sale and purchase); but it takes a whole new level of skills to be able to coordinate a transaction from multiple states away with differing laws and only half the picture in front of you. Sara is truly an excellent example of what a real estate agent is intended to be; and her dedication to her clients is truly unparalleled. Sara did in two days what two other real estate agents couldn't do in six months. She listened to our wants and needs and designed a program around that to polish the selling process. She respected our asking price and never once pressured us into something we didn't want to do. Sara was such a positive person and when our first buyer fell through, she quickly jumped back in and found another buyer a week after the house went back on the market. Sara works for the buyer. She was constantly in contact with us, making sure we knew who was in the home and what the comments were.
